| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法：将55例突发性耳聋患者随机分两组：治疗组30例31耳采用常规西医治疗加服中药通窍活血汤治疗;对照组25例25耳为常规综合治疗,即用扩血管、改善内耳微循环、营养神经药物及高压氧等西医疗法。结果：治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后两组经过统计分析比较,差异有显著性P〈0.05结论：中西医结合治疗突发性耳聋疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the integrative therapy for sudden deafness.Methods:55 cases were randomly divided into twogroups:30 patients in 31 ears treated with conventional Western medicine plus Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction;controlgroup of 25 cases in 25 ears for the routine treatment.Results:The total effective rate was higher than the control,bothgroups after statistical analysis,the difference was significant P<0.05.Conclusion:The integrative therapy for sudden deafness significant effect. |
