卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹39例

目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将77例患者随机分为两组，A组39例每日口服西替利嗪10mg，且隔天肌肉注射1次卡介茵多糖核酸注射液0．5mg，B组38例每日仅口服西替利嗪10mg，疗程均为6周。结果治疗后A组、B组的总有效率2周时分别为42．85％和21．95％，4周时分别为69．05％和39．02％，6周时分别为83．33％和47．78％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。两组均无明显不良反应。结论卡介菌素多糖核酸注射液联合西替利嗪能有效地控制慢性荨麻疹的症状，提高治愈率，明显降低复发率，且无明显毒副作用。

Clinical Observation of Cetirizine Combined BCG- PSN in Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of cetirizine combined BCG- PSN in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 77 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Group A （39 cases） was given oral cetirizine daily and intramuscular injection of BCG-PSN, group B （38 cases） was given only oral cetirizine daily. The treatment course for both groups was six weeks. Results After treatment, the total effective rates in group A and B were 42. 85%, 21.95% （2 weeks later）, 69.05% ,39. 02% （4 weeks later）, 83.33%, 47. 78% （6 weeks later）, respectively. There was significant difference（ P 〈0.05） between the two groups. No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Cetifizine combined BCG- PSN can effectively control the symptoms of chronic urticaria, increase the cure rate and remarkably reduce the relapse rate without significant adverse effects.
