青年单纯颈椎生理曲度异常与早期颈椎病的相关度分析

目的:探讨青年单纯颈椎生理曲度异常与早期颈椎病的关系。方法:采用新的颈椎测量法,选取符合标准的颈椎侧位片结合临床诊疗资料合并分析。结果:接近半数单纯颈椎曲度异常的青年患者可诊断为早期颈椎病。结论:青年单纯颈椎生理曲度异常与早期颈椎病的相关度较大,建议及早、有效进行治疗,防止颈椎病进一步发展。

The relationship analysis of youth pure cervical physiology abnormal curvature and early cervical spondylopathy

Objective To explore the pure cervical physiology abnormal curvature of youth and early of cervical spondylosis relationship.Method The standard cervical lateral radiographs combined with clinical diagnosis and treatment and material combined analysis,Results Close to half of the cervical spine simply abnormal curvature of young patients can be early diagnosed as cervical spondylosis.Conclusion Youth pure physiological curvature and early abnormal cervical correlation of cervical spondylosis larger,recommended earlier have effective treatment,prevent cervical spondylosis further development.
