妈富隆运用于人工流产术后的临床观察

目的:观察复方短效避孕药妈富隆用于人工流产术后对减少术后阴道流血量、缩短阴道流血时间、促进月经恢复、减少宫腔粘连等并发症及避免再次妊娠的临床效果。方法:选择行人工流产术者320例,随机分为两组,每组各160例;观察组160例人工流产术后当天开始口服妈富隆,1片/d,连用21 d,抗生素及益母草胶囊按常规服用,对照组160例术后当天开始仅按常规口服抗生素及益母草胶囊。结果:观察组术后阴道流血量少于对照组,流血时间较对照组短,术后月经恢复正常比例高于对照组,术后宫腔粘连与再次妊娠比例低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后口服复方短效避孕药妈富隆可以减少阴道流血量,缩短阴道流血时间,减少宫腔粘连,促进月经恢复,避免再次妊娠。

The clinical observation of using Marvelon after induced abortion

Objective To observe the clinical effect of using compound short acting oral contraceptives Marvelon after induced abortion to reduce complications such as the amount of vaginal bleeding and the time of vaginal bleeding,to promote the resumption of menstruation,to reduce uterine cavity adhesion and avoid pregnancy again.Method 320 cases of patients after induced abortion in outpatient department of our hospital were divided into two groups,160 cases inf treatment group,took marvelon started from postoperative day,one pill each day for 21 days,and under the normal use of antibiotics and motherwort capsule.The control group took only antibiotics and motherwort capsules.Results The vaginal bleeding after operation and the time of bleeding in the observation group were less than the control group,the resumption of menstruation proportion was higher than the control group,the postoperative uterine cavity adhesion and again pregnancy proportion were lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking compound short-acting Marvelon after induced abortion can reduce vaginal bleeding amount,shorten the vaginal bleeding time,reduce uterine adhesion,facilitating menstruation recovery and avoid pregnancy again.
