新乡医学院在校大学生蠕形螨感染状况调查

目的了解新乡医学院在校大学生蠕形螨的感染情况,研究蠕形螨感染与面部皮肤损害的关系。方法透明胶纸法对部分在校学生进行抽样调查。结果蠕形螨总感染率27.27%,男、女生感染率分别为35.29%和23.68%,二者差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);单纯毛囊蠕形螨构成比64.44%,单纯皮脂蠕形螨构成比20.00%,二者差别有统计学意义(P<0.01);面部有皮肤疾患的学生中蠕形螨感染率为65.22%,皮肤无明显皮损学生中蠕形螨感染率为12.61%,二者差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新乡医学院在校大学生蠕形螨感染率低,但仍应加强对大学生进行相关预防知识的普及教育,使学生养成良好的生活卫生习惯。

Investigation of demodex infection in undergraduates of Xinxiang Medical College

Objective To understand the demodex infection situation of undergraduates in Xinxiang Medical College,and to study the relationship between demodex infection and the facial skin damage.Methods Part of school students were given a sample survey by transparent tape method.Results The rate of demodex infection was 27.27%.Male and female′s infection rate was 35.29% and 23.68% respectively and there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Constituent ratio of pure follicle mite and pure sebum mite was 64.44% and 20.00% respectively and there was statistically significance(P<0.01).The rate of demodex infection in students with facial skin disease was 65.22%.The rate of demodex infection in students with no face skin disease was 12.61%.There was a significant difference between them(P<0.01).Conclusion The emodex infection rate of undergraduates in Xinxiang Medical College is low,but the propagate education of the preventive knowledge should be strengthened in order to culture good hygienic habit.
