单侧唇裂修复及同期鼻畸形矫正术52例治疗体会

目的探讨单侧唇裂修复同期进行鼻畸形矫正术的临床价值,以及对防止唇裂术后继发性鼻畸形的作用。方法 52例患者,年龄6～48月,采用Millard法与Tennison法修复唇裂基础上,同期矫正鼻畸形,包括鼻小柱、鼻翼基部肌束、大翼软骨的复位与固定,尽可能地恢复正常的解剖形态,为患儿建立一个对称性的鼻软骨架,术后佩戴专用鼻模6月维持鼻形态。结果 52例患者手术后随访6个月～4年,45例效果良好,占86.5%。结论单侧唇裂整复联合同期鼻畸形矫正,可获得即刻满意的手术效果,并能消除和减轻鼻畸形对患儿心理健康发育的不良影响。

The treatment of 52 cases of simultaneous rhinoplasty for early unilateral cleft lip repair
