| 摘 要： | 目的探讨去骨瓣减压术时应用改良式硬膜减张缝合的临床意义。方法对132例重型颅脑损伤病人分为硬脑膜修补和硬脑膜开放组进行了临床观察。结果硬脑膜修补组与硬脑膜开放组减压效果无差异,并发症发生率明显低于硬脑膜开放组。结论去骨瓣减压术时修补硬脑膜可达到去骨瓣减压效果,减少了术后并发症,有利于病人康复,值得在临床推广。
