| 摘 要： | 目的分析桥本氏甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的临床特征、诊断治疗及临床情况。方法回顾性分析2001年～2010年6月间经病理证实的桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌14例患者对其诊断及治疗进行分析。结果桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌的病例占同期经病理证实为桥本氏甲状腺肿的14.4%（14/97）。14例中3例有淋巴结转移（3/12）。随访：6例超过5年,11例存活至今。结论桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺癌有上升趋势。对于单侧甲状腺肿大或甲状腺不规则结节恶变的发生率,高于弥漫性肿大者。总体转移率较低,愈后较好。
