| 摘 要： | 目的了解流动儿童、留守儿童、常住儿童扩大免疫规划疫苗接种现状及影响因素。方法采用容量比例概率（probability proportionate to size,PPS）随机抽样法开展免疫接种率及其影响因素的调查,共调查1～2岁流动儿童150名,3～6岁留守儿童300名、常住儿童300名,接种记录按卫生部标准进行统计。结果流动儿童、留守儿童、常住儿童五苗全程免疫覆盖率分别为60%8、9.7%9、8.7%;多因素Logistic分析,母亲职业和文化程度、胎次和接种点距离是影响儿童接种及时性的主要因素。结论对不同类型的儿童,影响接种率及时性的因素不同,应采取不同的措施提高儿童照顾者对疫苗接种的知晓率。 |
