| 摘 要： | 目的:研究在糖耐量异常(IGT)或2型糖尿病(T2DM)中影响血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM-1)浓度的因素。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定30例正常健康人、28例IGT者和35例新诊断T2DM患者的血清sVCAM.1的浓度。结果:IGT组及T2DM组与对照组相比血清sVCAM-1明显升高(P<0.05)。T2DM组的血清sVCAM-1的浓度也显著高于IGT组(P<0.05)。线性相关分析显示,sVCAM-1与体重指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛素抵抗指数呈正相关,与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)呈负相关。结论:T2DM患者、IGT患者血清sVCAM-1浓度上升,其浓度改变与高血糖、胰岛素抵抗和肥胖密切相关。 |

An Investigation on the Factors that Influence the Plasma Concentrations of sVCAM-1 in Patients with Impaired Glucose Tolerance or Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the factors that influence the plasma concentrations of soluble VCAM-1 in patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) or type 2 diabetes methods(T2DM).Methods:The evaluated the plasma concentrations of soluble VCAM-1 in three different groups:30 normal cotrols;28 subjects with IGT;35patients with DM.Resnlts:The levels of VCAM-1were higher in DM compared with the other groups.And the levels of VCAM-1 in IGT group were also higher than that in NGTgroup.The VCAM-1 plasma concentrations correlated with the body mass index,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein,fasting plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin resistance index. Conclusion:Our results suggest that increased VCAM-1 concentrations are related to hyperglycemia,insulin resistance and obesity. |
