| 社区护理干预在脑卒中康复期患者中的应用效果观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区护理干预措施对康复期脑卒中患者的应用效果。方法:选择2007年1月至2009年12月期间从医院转入社康中心治疗的脑卒中康复期患者80例,转入社区时的康复评估结果定为参照组,将80例患者随机分为A组44例,B组36例,A组采用综合性社区护理干预措施,B组采用一般内科常规方法护理,实施三个月后使用同种方法进行康复评估,对比两组的康复效果。结果:两组的康复效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中患者康复期采用综合性社区护理干预能够提高康复效果,提高患者的生活质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of community nursing intervention for stroke patients in convalescence.Methods:Eighty stroke patients in rehabilitative period that evaluated just leave inpatient department admitted to our Community Health Services Center from January 2007 to December 2009 were divided into groups A(n=44) and B(n=36).Group A in synthetic community nursing intervention and B in routine nursing were evaluated after three months,the effectiveness of rehabilitation were compared between 2 groups.Results:The effects of group A was significantly higher than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention using on stroke patients in convalescence can strengthen the effectiveness,and improve the quality of living. |
