鼻内窥镜下微波切断筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎的研究

目的 探索应用微波切断筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效的新途径。方法 对18－65岁共计124例常年性变应性鼻炎的病人,在鼻内窥镜监视下,通过微波热凝切断鼻筛前神经内,外侧支等神经传导进行治疗。结果 随诊3－6个月总有效率占95．9％,1年以上总有效率占93．2％,患者鼻痒,喷嚏,鼻塞,清涕等症状均有改善,尤以鼻痒,喷嚏,鼻塞改善明显。结论 常年性变应性鼻炎,经过本法治疗,具有微创,安全,痛苦小,反应轻等优点,无并发症发生,疗效满意,值得推广。

The study the new method of the microwave treatmeat of ethmoidal nerve with allargic rhinitis under microwave coagulation

Objectives To observe the effect of microwave treatment of ethmoidal nerve on allergic rhinitis.Methods 124 patients of 18-65 years old with allergic rhinitis were treated with ethmoidal nerve on allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscopy.Results The follow-up period was 3-6 months,the total effective rate was 95.9%.The follow-up periods was more than one year,the total effective rate was 93.2%.This method produces good curative effect.Conclusions Thisresult indicated that the microwave tissue coagulation in treating allergic rhinitis is simple and small,safety,less pain,light reaction and no complication.Have a running nose and sneeze are obviously improve,this method produces good curative effect.
