针刺治疗肝肾不足椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察

目的观察辨证取穴针刺治疗肝肾不足椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效,探索其作用机制。方法将60例患者按随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用辨证取穴针刺治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。两组分别在治疗前后采用彩色多普勒超声（CDU）检测椎动脉（VA）的血流参数值,据其及临床症状、体征等改变情况,对相关数据进行统计学分析。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%。对照组为60.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗后VA中的Vs、Vd血流参数值及症状、体征的改善情况比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论辨证取穴针刺可显著升高Vs、Vd血流参数值,能改善临床症状与体征,提示其机制之一是通过改善椎-基底动脉的供血而达到治疗目的。

Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture Based on Point Selection in Treating Cervical Spondylotic Vertebral Arteriopathy with Liver-kidney Deficiency

Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture based on point selection according to syndrome differentiation in treating cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy with liver-kidney deficiency and explore the mechanism of its action.Methods Sixty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups,30 cases each.The treatment group received acupuncture based on point selection according to syndrome differentiation and the control group,medication.Vertebroarterial blood flow parameters were measured by color Doppler ultrasonography in the two groups before and after treatment.The relevant data were statistically analyzed according to changes in the clinical symptoms and signs.Results The total efficacy rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.There were statistically significant post-treatment differences in vertebroarterial Vs and Vd,and the symptoms and signs between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture based on point selection according to syndrome differentiation can markedly increase Vs and Vd and improve the clinical symptoms and signs.It is suggested that one of the mechanisms of its therapeutic action is that it improves vertebrobasilar blood supply.
