口腔感觉运动刺激疗法协同非营养性吸吮对极低出生体质量早产儿吸吮吞咽功能障碍的影响

摘    要:
目的:探讨口腔感觉运动刺激疗法协同非营养性吸吮对极低出生体质量早产儿吸吮吞咽功能障碍的影响。方法:将90例极低出生体质量早产儿随机分成A组、B组、C组各30例。A组采用非营养性吸吮,B组采用口腔感觉运动刺激疗法,C组采用口腔感觉运动刺激疗法协同非营养性吸吮。观察并记录两组早产儿开始经口喂养时间、达到完全经口喂养时间、留置胃管时间、静脉营养时间、住院天数。结果:C组早产儿开始经口喂养时间、达到完全经口喂养时间、留置胃管时间、静脉营养时间及平均住院天数均短于A组(P<0.05),B组以上方面与A组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组以上方面与C组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口腔感觉运动刺激疗法协同非营养性吸吮可以改善极低出生体质量早产儿吸吮吞咽功能障碍,使之尽快达到经口喂养,早期出院。

Influence of oral sensory motor stimulation therapy synergistic non - nutritive sucking in newborn infants with very low birth weight

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the influcence of the oral sensory motor stimulation therapy synergistic non - nutritive sucking sucking swallowing dys- function of very low birth weight newborn. Methods : 90 cases of very low birth weight newborn were randomly divided into group A, group B and group C, 30 cases in each group. In group Awith non- nutritive sucking, in group B with the oral sensory motor stimulation therapy, group C with the oral sensory motor stimulation therapy synergistic non - nutritive sucking. Observed and recorded oral feeding time, time to reach full enteral feedings, indwelling stom- ach tube time, parenteral nutrition, length of hospital stay. Results: In group C premature initiation of oral feeding time, achieve complete oral feeding time, indwelling gastric tube time, intravenous nutrition time and the average hospitalization days were shorter than group A (P 〈 O. 05 ), group B and group A with a significant difference ( P 〈 O. 05 ), there was no statistical significance between group B and group C ( P 〉 O. 05). Conclusion: Oral sensory motor stimulation therapy can improve synergistic non - nutritive sucking very low birth weight newborn sucking swallowing function, so as soon as possible to achieve oral feeding, more significant effect than when used alone.
