| 摘 要： | 目的观察中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法回顾性分析中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症267例,以10天为一疗程,观察两个疗程,治疗后采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和日本矫形外科学会(JOA)腰椎疾患治疗成绩评分表评定疗效。结果患者治疗后疼痛症状减轻,腰椎功能改善明显,其中治愈92例(34.45%)、显效104例(38.95%)、有效42例(15.73%)、无效29例(10.86%)。结论中药外敷配合骶管封闭治疗腰椎间盘突出症安全、简单而有效,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。
