盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻喷剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的:观察盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻气雾剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法:采用随机对照的试验方法选择58例变应性鼻炎患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例给予盐酸氮卓斯汀喷鼻剂喷鼻,每鼻孔1掀,2次/d,疗程4周。同时口服氯雷他定糖浆,用药剂量为0.11～0.24mg/kg,1次/d,用药4周。对照组口服氯雷他定糖浆,疗程4周。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组为83.0%,两者有显著性差异。药物不良反应发生率分别为13.33%和10.71%。结论:盐酸氮卓斯汀鼻气雾剂治疗儿童变应性鼻炎安全有效,优于单纯口服氯雷他定组。

Clinical effect of azelastine hydrochloride in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children

Objective: To observe the effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray in treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.Method: 58 patients with persistent allergic rhinitis were randomized into experimental and control group.Children of experimental group received azelastine hydrochloride one spray per nostril,two times perday for 4 weeks.Meanwhile these children took orally loratadine syrup for 4 weeks.Patients of control group took orally loratadine syrup for 4 weeks only.Result: The effect was significantly different between azelastine hydrochloride and loratadine syrup.The response rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was no significant difference between the adverse drug reaction of two groups.Conclusion: Azelastine hydrochloride can be used for the pharmacological treatment of allergic rhinitis in children.The effect is effective and safely.
