保留肋间臂神经在乳腺癌改良根治术中的临床意义

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经的临床价值。方法 40例乳腺癌患者随机分组,行改良根治术,保留肋间臂神经(22例),另一组切除肋间臂神经(18例)。术后对并发症及上臂内侧感觉功能进行随访观察。结果 两组患者术后恢复顺利,保留肋间臂神经22例中术后患侧上臂内侧皮肤感觉障碍3例(13.6%),切除肋间臂神经的患者中则高达12例(66.7%)。结论 在乳腺癌改良根治术中保留肋间臂神经可明显减少术后患侧上臂内侧感觉障碍的发生率,提高患者的生存质量。

Clinical value of preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer

Objective To evaluate preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical masteetomy for breast cancer. Methods Forty patients with breast cancer underwent modified radical mastectomy, among whom the intercostobraehial nerve was preserved in 22 cases and resected in 18. The postoperative complications and the sensory function of the medial upper arm were evaluated during the follow-up. Results The operations were successful and patients recovered well in both groups. The skin sensory disturbance occurred in 13.5% （3/22） cases of preserved intereostobrachial nerve group and 66.7% （12/18） cases of resected nerve group. Conclusion Preserving intercostobrachial nerve in modified radical masteetomy for breast cancer can reduce the sensory disturbance of medial upper arm and improve the quality of life for the patients.
