摘    要:目的:比较不同产地不同部位辽细辛中马兜铃酸的痕量.方法:采用高效液相色谱法对不同产地不同部位的辽细辛进行了痕量检查.结果:地上部分不含或较少含马兜铃酸,而地下部分大多含有马兜铃酸.结论:不同产地、不同药用部位的辽细辛中马兜铃酸的含量不同.

Abstract:Object: To compare the content of Aristolochic acid of different parts in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. produced in different places. Methods: Content of Aristolochic acid of different parts in Asarum heterotropoides Fr. Schmidt var. mandshuricum (Maxim.) Kitag. produced in different places is tested by HPLC. Result: There is no or only a little Aristolochic acid in the over ground parts, while a lot more in most of the under ground parts. Conclusion: The content of Aristolochic acid in the plant produced in different places is different.
