| 摘 要： | 非小细胞肺癌的新辅助化疗,即诱导治疗或手术前化疗,是肺癌的化疗与手术治疗相结合的一种新形式,也就是将全身治疗提前到局部治疗之前进行。新辅助化疗以2~3个周期为宜,在提高患者生存期方面二药方案优于单药方案,目前临床上仍以含铂方案为首选,对年老体弱、肾功能不好的患者,用单药或减量的含铂方案。新辅助化疗安全、有效,患者耐受性好。 |

| Abstract: | neoadjuvant chemotherapy for Nonsmall-cell lung cancer,that is inductive treatment or chemotherapy before surgery,is a new form of chemotherapy combined with operation.This method is to put systemic therapy before the local therapy.It is feasible to carry out neoadjuvant chemotherapy for 2-3 cycles,and two-drug project is better than single-drug project in promoting the life span of patients.At present,projects containing platinum is still the first choice.This kind of projects with single-drug or decreased... |
