层粘连蛋白在早妊小鼠子宫内膜中的表达

目的：观察层粘连蛋白（ＬＮ）在早妊小鼠子宫内膜表面上皮基膜和腺上皮基膜的表达。方法：免疫组织化学技术ＡＢＣ法。结果：妊娠第１～３天，子宫内膜上皮基膜和腺上皮基膜ＬＮ表达逐渐增强，妊娠第１天与对照组相似，妊娠第３天，ＬＮ表达最强；妊娠第４天，ＬＮ表达最弱，甚至呈阴性；妊娠第５、６天，ＬＮ表达由弱渐强。此变化过程中对系膜侧ＬＮ的变化与系膜侧相似。结论：ＬＮ在小鼠早妊期间的变化对促进子宫内膜表面上皮细胞和腺上皮细胞增殖、迁移、植入室形成及胚泡植入方面起重要作用。

Expressions of Laminin in Endometrium of Mouse with Early Pregnancy

Objective To observe expression of laminin in the basement membrane of superficial and glandular epithlium of endomtrium of mouse with early pregnancy.Method In this study,immunohistochemical technique ABC method was used.Results Exprssion of laminin in basement membrance of superficiel and glandular epithelium of endometrium increased gradually from first to third day of pregnancy.In the first day it was similar to control group and in the third day ran to strongest positivity.The expression of laminin turned to faintly positive or quite negative in the fourth day,and then gradually strenghtened again in the fifth and sixth day of pregnancy.The expression of laminin on mesometrial side was similar to that on opposite side in the early pregnancy.Conclusion The laminin plays an important role in promoting proliferation and migration of superficial and glandular epithelium of endometrium,and in promoting the formation of implant cave and implantation of blastocyst of mouse in the early pregnancy period.
