| 摘 要： | 目的:对原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭的中西医结合治疗的研究进展进行综述。方法:归纳总结国内外原发性肾病综合征并发急性肾功能衰竭中西医结合治疗方法及预后的相关文献。结论:PNS合并ARF多为可逆性。应用糖皮质激素、抗凝等西医治疗,并结合中医治疗,可使大多数NS缓解,并逆转ARF。如经上述治疗仍未能奏效,则应行HD、CRRT或PD治疗。 |
