| 摘 要： | 临床对原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)的手术治疗已取得了长足进步,其中极量肝切除是高难度手术的典型代表。极量肝切除术疗效显著,但必须严格掌握适应证。笔者分别从极量肝切除术治疗HCC的适应证、术前评估、提高手术疗效和减少手术并发症、争议与建议等方面就其治疗现状与进展作一总结。 |

| Abstract: | Great progress has been made in the surgical treatment of hepatocellular cancer (HCC) in recent years. Extended hepatectomy plays a predominant role in the treatment of HCC. Extended hepatectomy is effective but its indication should be controlled strictly when applied. In this article, the author summarize the recent advances in extended hepatectomy of HCC in terms of indications, preoperative evaluation, therapeutic effects, operative complications, controversy and suggestions. |
