EmbryoGlue移植液对胚胎移植后临床结局的影响

目的 探讨EmbryoGlue移植液对体外受精-胚胎移植（IVF-ET）患者临床妊娠率的影响。方法 选取接受IVF-ET治疗的患者为研究对象，采用EmbryoGlue作为移植液的共232周期（EmbryoGlue组），采用G-2作为移植液的共268周期（G-2组），比较两组患者的临床参数和妊娠结局。结果 两组患者的年龄、不孕年限、既往失败周期数、子宫内膜厚度、优质胚胎数和平均移植胚胎数比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。EmbryoGlue组的临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率、多胎妊娠率明显高于G-2组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；EmbryoGlue组的宫外孕发生率明显低于G-2组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 使用EmbryoGlue作为移植液可以提高IVF-ET的妊娠率和种植率。

Influence of transfer medium EmbryoGlue on clinical outcome of embryo transfer

Objective To investigate the influence of transfer medium EmbryoGlue on pregnancy outcome of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET). Methods Patients undergoing IVF-ET were enrolled, and were divided into EmbryoGlue group (EmbryoGlue as transfer medium, 232 cycles) and G-2 group (G-2 as transfer medium, 268 cycles). The clinical parameters and pregnancy outcomes were compared between groups. Results There was no significant difference in the age, duration of infertility, number of unsuccessful cycles, thickness of endometrium, number of good quality embryo, mean number of embryo transfer between groups (P>0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate, implantation rate, multiple pregnancy rate in EmbryoGlue group were significantly higher than those in G-2 group (P<0.05). The prevalence of ectopic pregnancy in EmbryoGlue group was significantly lower than that in G-2 group (P<0.05). Conclusion As an embryo transfer medium, EmbryoGlue can improve the pregnancy rate and implantation rate of IVF-ET.
