乌司他汀对兔脑出血脑保护作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:通过观察脑出血兔血清可溶性血栓调节蛋白(STM)、血管假血友病因子(vWF)、一 氧化氮(NO)含量变化,探讨乌司他汀的脑保护作用.方法:40只新西兰大白兔随机分为正常对照 组、模型组、乌司他汀 1天组和乌司他汀 3天组,每组 10只.用自体血法制备兔脑出血模型,应用 Ellisa法测定各组兔血清STM、vWF、NO含量.结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组STM、vWF和NO含 量显著增高(P<0.05).乌司他汀 1天组、3天组的STM、vWF和NO均低于模型组(P<0.05),乌司他 汀 3天组STM、vWF和NO含量与乌司他汀 1天组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:乌司他 汀抑制STM、vWF和NO生成,从而减轻脑出血兔脑细胞的损伤,具有脑保护作用.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of ulinastatin on the contents of soluble thrombomodulin(STM),von Willebrand factor(vWF),and nitric oxide(NO) in rabbits with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods: Rabbit ICH model was prepared with autologous blood.Forty New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 each,including normal control group,sham operation group,ulinastatin 1-day group,and ulinastatin 3-day group.A double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to assess the levels of rabbit STM,vWF,and NO.Results: Compared with the normal control group,the levels of STM,vWF,and NO in the sham group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with the sham operation group,the STM,vWF,and NO levels were lower in the ulinastatin 1-day and 3-day groups(P<0.05).No significant difference in these parameters was noted between the ulinastatin 1-day group and the ulinastatin 3-day group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Ulinastatin can cut down the generation of STM,vWF,and NO to less cerebral damage during rabbit ICH.
