通心络胶囊辅助治疗对动脉硬化性脑梗死患者中医证候积分、血管内皮功能的影响

目的:探讨通心络胶囊辅助治疗对动脉硬化性脑梗死患者中医证候积分、血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将160例动脉硬化性脑梗死患者按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各80例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予通心络胶囊辅助治疗,比较2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、血管内皮功能血清内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、人6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-K-PGF1α)]、血液流变学指标全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积(HCT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]及不良反应发生率的变化。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(90.00%、72.50%)(P<0.05)。2组治疗前中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较前改善,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血管内皮功能比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清ET、vWF水平低于对照组,NO、6-K-PGF1α水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血液流变学指标较前改善,观察组血液流变学指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ²=1.490,P=0.222)。结论:通心络胶囊辅助治疗对动脉硬化性脑梗死患者的疗效显著,能够减少其中医证候积分,改善血管内皮功能和血液流变学。

Effect of Tongxinluo Capsules on Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scores and Vascular Endothelial Function in Adjuvant Treatment of Patients with Atherosclerotic Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To discuss the effect of Tongxinluo capsules on Chinese medicine syndrome scores and vascular endothelial function in adjuvant treatment of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 160 cases of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was additionally given Tongxinluo capsules as adjunvant therapy based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effect was compared between the two group. The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores, vascular endothelial function serum endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),von willebrand factor(vWF),6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-KPGF1α)],hemorrheology indexes whole blood viscosity at low shear and high shear,plasma viscosity,hematocrit(HCT),fibrinogen(FIB)], and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 90.00% in the observation group, higher than that of 72.50% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of vascular endothelial function between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,levels of ET and vWF in serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and levels of NO and 6-K-PGF1α were higher(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of hemorrheology indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,hemorrheology indexes in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment,and the indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ²=1.490,P=0.222).Conclusion: In adjuvant treatment of patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, Tongxinluo capsules has significant curative effect,which can reduce their Chinese medicine syndrome scores,and improve vascular endothelial function and hemorrheology indexes.
