Analysis of Risk Factors of Nosocomial Infection and Study on Chinese MedicineNursing in Patients with Cirrhosis

Objective:To investigate the risk factors of nosocomial infection in patients with cirrhosis and the effect of Chinese medicine nursing. Methods:A total of 95 patients with cirrhosis were included as the research objects,and the data of them were collected to analyze the risk factors of nosocomial infection. The effect of Chinese medicine nursing was observed by adopting Chinese medicine measures. Results:There were 18 cases of nosocomial infection in all the subjects,accounting for 18.95%. Among them,there were four cases of gastrointestinal infection,nine cases of pulmonary infection and five cases of abdominal infection. There was no significant difference in the comparison of gender between infected cirrhosis patients and those not infected(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the comparison of age,length of hospital stay, antibiotic use, liver function grade, complications, and invasive procedures(P<0.05). Among 18 cases of receiving the TCM nursing interventions,the total effective infection control rate was 88.89%;the nursing satisfaction was94.44%. Conclusion: The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients with cirrhosis is relatively high, which should be clinically paid close attention to. Intervention of Chinese medicine nursing should be established as soon as possible to avoid the occurrence of infection,ensure the physical and mental safety of patients,and provide guarantee for the prognosis.
