2010—2019年舟山市肺结核流行性特征分析

目的:了解舟山市肺结核流行特征,为针对性防控措施的实施提供参考依据。方法:通过《结核病管理信息系统》和《基本信息系统》收集信息,对2010—2019年舟山市报告肺结核的流性特征进行描述性统计分析。结果:舟山市2010—2019年肺结核平均报告发病率31.84/10万,年报告发病率呈逐年下降的趋势(χ~2=8.215,P<0.05);男、女性发病差异有统计学意义(χ~2=366.2,P<0.05);发病年龄主要集中在15~75岁;职业分布以家政、家务和待业为主。每个月均有肺结核患者报告,其中3月报告患者数最多。4个县区均有肺结核病例报告,其中发病率最高的为普陀区36.25/10万,各县区发病率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6382.8,P<0.05)。结论:2010—2019年舟山市肺结核疫情整体呈下降趋势,但防控形势依然严峻,需加强对男性以及家政、家务和待业人员的关注,强化健康教育,提高防病意识。

Epidemiological Characteristics of Tuberculosis in Zhoushan from 2010 to 2019

OBJECTIVE It investigated the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Zhoushan in recent years,which was order to provide the basis for taking corresponding prevention and control measures.METHODS The epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Zhoushan from 2010 to 2019 were collected from National Tuberculosis Management System and Basic Information System,and were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological methods.RESULTS An average annual incidence rate of Zhoushan was 31.84/100000 from 2010 to 2019,and the overall incidence showed a declining trend(χ2 trend=8.215,P<0.05).The difference between male and female was statistically significant(χ2=366.2,P<0.05).Age at onset was mainly 15-75 years;occupational distribution was dominated by domestic work,domestic work and unemployment.In the four counties(districts),the cases occurred every month,which was a peak in March.The incidence rate,among the counties(districts),was statistically significant(χ2=6382.8,P<0.05).The highest incidence was reported in Putuo District(36.25/100000).CONCLUSION Pulmonary tuberculosis incidence showed a downward trend in Zhoushan from 2010 to 2019,but the situation remains grim.The publicity of tuberculosis prevention and control knowledge should be strengthened,especially for male and housework/unemployment.
