李海松教授从瘀论治阳痿经验

男性勃起功能障碍(俗称阳痿),作为男科常见病与多发病,中医常从肾虚立论,治疗更多以补肾壮阳为主,但在现今的临床实践中疗效欠佳.李海松教授结合自身30余年临床经验,提出阳痿"阴茎中风"观点,认为阳痿之核心病机应为"血瘀",治疗上主张从"活血化瘀、通络息风"入手,并在辨证论治的基础上配以他法,临床疗效显著,值得推广学习.

Professor LI Haisong's experience in treating erectile dysfunction from stasis

Male erectile dysfunction (commonly known as impotence), as a common and frequently-occurring disease in andrology, is often discussed from the viewpoint of kidney deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine, and the treatment is mainly based on tonifying kidney and strengthening yang, but its curative effect is not good in current clinical practice. Combining with his own clinical experience of more than 30 years, Professor LI Haisong put forward the viewpoint of "penile stroke" of impotence, and thought that the core pathogenesis of impotence should be "blood stasis". In treatment, he advocated starting with "promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dredging collaterals and calming wind", and combining other methods on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment, which has remarkable clinical effect and is worth popularizing and learning.
