复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物对中晚期宫颈癌患者免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物的影响

目的:探究复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物对中晚期宫颈癌患者免疫功能和血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法:将中晚期宫颈癌67例患者作为本研究对象,通过随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组34例与对照组33例。对照组接受放化疗治疗,观察组在此基础上使用复方苦参注射液进行治疗,28 d记为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程,对2组免疫功能及血清肿瘤标志物水平进行对比分析。结果:治疗前,2组CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺比值均显著升高,对照组CD4⁺/CD8⁺比值显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫功能细胞水平各指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖链抗原125(CA125)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血清CEA、CA125水平均有所下降,观察组血清CEA、CA125水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合化疗药物治疗可以显著提高中晚期宫颈癌患者的免疫功能,降低血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125水平,提升患者的生活质量。

Effect of Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Chemotherapy Drugs on Immune Function and Serum Tumor Markers in Patients with Cervical Cancer at Middle and Late Stage

Objective: To discuss the effect of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy drugs on immune function and serum tumor markers in patients with cervical cancer at middle and late stage. Methods:A total of 67 cases of patients with cervical cancer at middle and late stage were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 34 and 33 cases in each group respectively. The control group was given radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with compound Kushen injection based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three courses,28 days being one course. The immune function and the levels of serum tumor markers in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the CD3⁺, CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺ratio of the observation group were significantly increased,while the CD4⁺/CD8⁺ratio of the control group was significantly decreased(P<0.05). After treatment,the cell levels of immune function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels of CEA and CA125 in serum between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the levels of CEA and CA125 in serum in the two groups were decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy drugs can significantly improve the immune function in patients with cervical cancer at middle and late stage,reduce the levels of serum tumor markers including CEA and CA125,and improve their quality of life.
