中医定向透药综合治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

目的:观察中医定向透药联合塞来昔布胶囊、推拿按摩康复治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将膝骨关节炎患者86例随机分为研究组和对照组,各43例,对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊联合推拿按摩治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上给予中医定向透药治疗,疗程均为1个月。于治疗前后评价2组中医证候积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、西安大略麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表评分。结果:研究组总有效率为95.35%,对照组为81.40%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、WOMAC量表中疼痛指数、僵硬指数、活动障碍指数评分及总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组上述各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医定向透药综合治疗膝骨关节炎可改善膝关节疼痛、僵硬状况,具有良好的临床疗效。

Clinical Study on Comprehensive Treatment of Directional Penetration of Chinese Medicine for Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of directional penetration of Chinese medicine combined with celecoxib capsules,tuina and massage for patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 86 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with celecoxib capsules combined with tuina and massage,and the study group was additionally treated with directional penetration of Chinese medicine based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. Before treatment,the scores of Chinese medicine syndromes,Visual Analogue scale(VAS) and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC) scale in the two groups were evaluated. Results: The total effective rate was 95.35% in the study group and 81.40% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment, Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,VAS scores,the scores of pain,stiffness and activity obstacle in WOMAC scale and the total WOMAC scores in the two groups were all decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of directional penetration of Chinese medicine for knee osteoarthritis can improve the pain and stiffness of knee joints with good clinical effect.
