Analysis of the licensing qualification examination results of Stomatologists

Purpose The aim of this study was to analyze the correlation between the school''s examination results and the dental licensing qualification examination results, and explore the relevant educational factors that affect the scores of the dental licensing qualification examination. Methods A total of 80 students from the 2011-2013 grade seven-year program of the School of Stomatology, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were taken as the research objects, and the correlation analysis of their medical doctor test scores and school scores was conducted. Results The scores of the student''s practicing doctor qualification examination are significantly related to the theoretical scores during the school period, and the operational scores are not related, and there is no significant difference between different majors. Conclusions Practicing physician qualification examination is an admission test. The effect of stomatology students'' self-study and practical training in school are the factors that affect the qualification examination.
