| 摘 要： | 目的观察活血解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁症(PSD)的临床疗效。方法将临床观察病例267例,随机分为两组。两组在同样给予管理血压、控制血糖等一般治疗的基础上,治疗组134例给予活血解郁汤,对照组133例给予百忧解,观察患者治疗前后HAMD量表评分以及神经功能缺损程度评分,并观测两组患者的药物不良反应发生情况。结果活血解郁汤可明显改善PSD患者抑郁症状及神经功能缺损症状,临床总体疗效优于百忧解(P<0.05),药物不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活血解郁汤治疗PSD临床疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of "Huoxue Jieyu Decoction" in treating post-stroke depression (PSD). Methods 267 patients with PSD were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 134 cases were treated by "Huoxue Jieyu Decoction" and control group in which 133 cases were treated by Prozac, with a course of 8 weeks. The score of HAMD scale, score of neurological deficits and adverse reaction were observed. Results "Huoxue Jieyu Decoction" had certain therapeutic effect on PSD by improving symptoms and the scores of neurological deficits. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that in control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion "Huoxue Jieyu Decoction" is effective for PSD. |
