诃子的薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:以诃子中的主要丹宁成分 :诃子酸、诃黎勒酸和 1,3,6 -三 -O -没食子酰基 - β -D -葡萄糖为对照品 ,对不同来源的诃子及其易混淆品毛诃子 (T .bellirica)、余甘子 (Pyllanthusemblica)进行了薄层色谱鉴别研究。

Abstract:A study on the identification of Fructus Chebulae (Hezi in Chine se) of different botanic origins and its fakes, was made by TLC analysis with chebulin i c acid, chebulagic acid and 1,3,6-tri-O-galloyl-β-D-glucose as the refere nce sa mples. The results of this study suggest that these 3 tannic components existing in the fruit of Terminalia chebula, the main origin of Hezi, are suitable to be used as reference samples in TLC identification of Hezi and its fakes.
