变应性鼻炎中医临床辨证研究现状与思考

传统中医对鼻鼽病因病机的认识主要有:寒邪为患;热邪为患;风邪为患;脏腑虚弱。据此,中医对变应性鼻炎的辨证分型主要有以下两类:以脏腑辨证为依据;以病因病机结合脏腑辨证为依据。导致临床辨证分型繁杂、多样,难以在临床实践中推广。今后应该注重大样本的临床调查,避免从理论来到理论去的不良循环,使中医证型的产生更符合临床实际。尽可能融现代医学的诊断分型标准和中医辨证分型标准于一体,提高中医对不同类型、不同程度变应性鼻炎的认识与辨证论治的针对性。辨证分型标准确立后,应建立相应的数据库,由计算机根据辨证分型标准对患者进行辨证分型,尽可能避免辨证过程中不同技术水平、不同学术流派等人为因素对辨证分型的影响。

Research Status and Thinking for TCM Clinical Syndromes of Allergic Rhinitis

There are several primary causes of Biqiu in traditional Chinese medicine:cold evil,heat evil,wind evil and viscera weakness.Accordingly,allergic rhinitis in traditional Chinese medicine is divided into two types:one based on viscera syndrome differentiation,the other based on etiology combined with viscera syndrome differentiation.It leads to clinical syndrome differentiation type multifarious and various points,which make it difficultly in clinical practice.In the future we should pay attention to a large number of clinical researches so as to avoid the bad circulation of theory,so that it can make the TCM syndrome types more accord with clinical practice.The diagnosis of modern medicine as far as possible and TCM syndrome differentiation standard are as a whole so TCM understanding and syndrome differentiation pertinence about different types,different degree of allergic rhinitis can be improved.When the syndrome differentiation type standards are established,the database shoud be set up.The patients will be classified by the computer according to the standard of syndrome differentiation type points,as far as possible to avoid the influence on different technical levels,different academic schools and other man-made factors during the syndrome differentiation process.
