针灸治疗周围性面瘫的研究概况

从周围性面瘫的病因及病理、辨证分型、以及毫针、电针、穴位注射、火针、艾灸、耳针治疗方法治疗面瘫做了综述。认为针灸治疗面瘫疗效较好,在选穴,及治疗时间上主张辨证取穴、尽早治疗、疗效更好,发挥了中医针灸快洁、方便的优势。存在的问题:在周围性面瘫的针灸治疗方法中进一步明确毫针、电针、耳针、艾灸、穴位注射等方法的适应症,禁忌症,整理统一标准,如:分型标准、诊断标准、治疗方案。确立临床路径是我们进一步研究的方向。

Research Conditions of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment for Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Based on the cause,the pathology and the dialectical analysis of facial paralysis,we have summarized multiple methods including needles,acusector,points injection,ignipunctur,moxa-moxibustion and auricular acupuncture to treat peripheral facial paralysis.We believe that acupuncture produces the best results in treating facial paralysis.We recommend early treatment,which takes advantage of the convenience and easy steps of acupuncture.There are still some problems:during the treatment of the peripheral facial paralysis,needles,acusector,points injection,moxa-moxibustion and auricular acupuncture needs to standardize adaption and limitation,making variations of diseases,the diagnosis and the treatment plan coherent.Confirming clinical path is our next step within the research.
