摘    要:
目的:研究四物汤中对于血管性痴呆大鼠作用的关键组分。方法:采用反复夹闭颈总动脉合并腹腔注射硝普纳的方法建立拟血管性痴呆模型,分别以四物汤及其不同组分进行治疗,测定各组大鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GHS-Px)活性以及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)含量。结果:各治疗组AchE、SOD、BDNF均有显著变化,但各治疗组间没有显著差异;熟地和白芍可显著增强GHS-Px活性,而当归和川芎对其无显著影响。结论:四物汤对血管性痴呆大鼠的治疗作用是多靶点的,是4味中药共同作用结果,其中可能不存在起关键作用的组分。

Abstract:
Objective:It is to explore the key therapeutic constitutes of Siwu Decoction,a decoction of four herbs,Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels;Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaertn)Libosch;Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort;Paeonia lactiflora Pall,on vascular dementia(VD).Methods:The VD rat model was established with repeatedly occluding the common carotid artery in combination with an abdominal injection of Sodium Nitroprusside.The activities of Acetylcholinesterase(AchE),Superoxide Dismutase(SOD)and Glutathion peroxidase(GSH-Px)and content of Brain-derived nerve factor(BDNF)in the rat brain tissue after treatment with or without Siwu Decoction and its different constitutes were assayed.Results:It showed that AchE,SOD and BDNF in therapeutic groups were significantly different from those in control group.Rehmannia glutinosa(Gaertn)Libosch and Paeonia lactiflora Pall could significantly enhance the activity of GSH-Px.Conclusion:The efficacy of Siwu Decoction on VD has multiple targets,without key components.
