紫龙金对鼻咽癌增敏作用临床研究

目的:紫龙金对鼻咽癌放射增敏作用临床研究,以及增敏机制的探讨。方法:临床研究随机将鼻咽癌分为两组,放射增敏组在放疗的同期给予口服紫龙金。治疗前及放疗20GY/10f时分别予鼻咽部病理活检,行P16和cyclinD1免疫组化。结果:研究表明紫龙金癌在鼻咽癌放疗增敏效果显著,增敏组放疗结束时CR率远远高于对照组,但两组的2年生存率、2年无复发生存率、2年无远处转移生存率无统计学上显著差异。与对照组相比,增敏组P16有上调趋势、cyclinD1有下调趋势,但无统计学差异。结论:近期疗效表明紫龙金对鼻咽癌有放射增敏作用,需进一步随访对远期生存率进行疗效评价。增敏作用机制可能是通过P16上调和cyclinD1下调。

Clinical Observation on The Radiosensitizing Effect of Zilongjin on Human Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the radiosensitization and mechanism of Chinese medicine Zilongjin on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:Clinical study was randomly divided into two groups,patients in Radiosensitizing group were given oral Zilongjin during the radiation treatment.Before treatment and when the total dose of radiotherapy was 20Gy/10f,nasopharyngeal biopsy was made with immunohistochemistry.Results:Clinical study showed Zilongjin was a potential sensitizer,the CR rate of sensitizing group was far higher than that of control group at the end of radiotherapy.Compared with control group,sensitizing group had an up trend for P16(no significant difference)and down trend for cyclinD1(no significant difference).Conclusion:Zilongjin is a radiosensitizer for nasopharyngeal cancer,but the further follow-up is made to evaluate the long-term effect.The mechanism of radiosensitization may be through up-regulating P16 and down-regulating cyclinD1.
