麦门冬汤对肺纤维化大鼠形成阶段的影响

摘    要:目的:探索麦门冬汤对肺纤维化形成阶段的干预作用机制。方法:将48只普通级健康wistar大鼠用平阳霉素复制肺纤维化模型大鼠后,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、麦门冬汤组和强的松对照组。麦门冬汤剂量1.2g.kg-1,从第14天开始按15mL.kg-1体重ig,造模28天后处死,测定、比较各组大鼠血清和支气管肺泡灌洗液(bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,BALF)中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性及丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量。结果:模型组大鼠血清及BALF中SOD活性低于正常对照组、MDA含量高于正常对照组,麦门冬汤组SOD活性均高于模型组,MDA含量均低于模型组;大鼠BALF中SOD活性、MDA含量与血清SOD活性、MDA含量呈正相关。结论:麦门冬汤有抑制模型大鼠肺及血清中SOD活性下降及MDA含量增高的作用;血清SOD活性和MDA含量可间接反映肺部脂质过氧化与抗氧化水平。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the mechanism of intervention effect of Maimendong decoction on pulmonary fibrosis of rats during its formation stage.Method:After the model rats with pulmonary fibrosis was made by bleomycin A 5(BLMA 5),the rats in herbal groups were administrated with the solution made by Maimendong decoction from the 14th day,and sacrificed on 28th day.Then superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)of serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)in each group were determined and compared.Result:The SOD activity of serum and BALF in the model group were less than the activity of them in control group,the MDA contents of serum and BALF in the model group were more than the contents of them in the control group,the SOD activity of serum and BALF in Maimendong decoction group were more than the activity of them in the model group,the MDA contents of serum and BALF in Maimendong decoction group were less than the contents of them in the model group;the SOD activity and MDA contents of serum were positively correlated with the SOD activity and MDA contents of BALF.Conclusion:Maimendong decoction had the functions of restraining the decline of the SOD activity and the increase of MDA contents of the mode with pulmonary fibrosis and serum.The SOD activity and MDA contents of serum indirectly reflected the level of lipid peroxidation and antioxidation of the lung.
