人参二苓汤防治胃癌化疗后不良反应及其对免疫功能的影响

目的:观察人参二苓汤治疗胃癌化疗后不良反应观察,并探讨其对患者免疫功能的影响。方法:36例胃癌术后化疗患者随机分为中药组(20例)和对照组(16例),观察化疗期间不良反应、卡氏(Karnofsky)评分,在治疗前后检测T细胞亚群(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+细胞)和NK细胞数,同时将25例健康成年人做为正常对照组(正常组)。结果:化疗2个周期后中药组病人生活质量明显优于对照组(P0.05),化疗不良反应的发生低于对照组(P0.05),化疗前所有患者NK细胞及CD3+细胞,CD4+细胞,CD4+/CD8均低于正常组(P0.05),而CD8+细胞则高于正常组(P0.05)。观察结束后中药组CD3+,CD4,CD4+/CD8+细胞升高,与治疗前相比有显著性差异(P0.05),CD8+细胞较治疗前有所降低,NK细胞活性较治疗前升高,但都无统计意义。结论:人参二苓汤能有效防治胃癌术后化疗不良反应,同时能改善患者的生活质量和免疫功能,提高化疗效果。

Prevention and Treatment of Renshen Decoction on the Toxicity of Postoperative Chemotherapy for Gastric Cancer and Its Influence on the Immune Function

Objective:To investigate the effect of Renshen Erling Decoction on the toxicity of postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer and explore its influence on the immune function.Methods: Thirty-six patients of postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups: 20 in Chinese medicine treatment group and 16 in control group.Toxicity of chemotherapy and Karnofsky score were observed.Peripheral blood T-cell subsets,including CD+3,CD+4,CD+8 and NK,were counted pre-and post-therapy.Additional 25 healthy adults were enrolled as normal control group.Results:After two cycles of chemotherapy,quality of life of the Chinese medicine treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group and the incidence of toxicity was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before chemotherapy,in both groups,peripheral blood CD+3,CD+4 T cell level and the activity of NK cell were lower than normal;CD+8 T cell level was higher than normal.In the Chinese medicine treatment group,compared with pretreatment,the CD+3 and CD+4 T cells level were significantly promoted after chemotherapy(P<0.05),the increased activity of NK cell and the decreased CD+8 T cell level were also observed,but there was no statistic significance.Conclusion: Renshen Erling Decoction can decrease the toxicity of postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer and improve the quality of life and immune function.
