| 摘 要： | 随着中医各项措施在运动医学领域的应用研究,中医传统理论越来越受到运动医学界的重视。概述了五脏心肝脾肺肾在运动医学各个领域的应用及研究状况,并从理论、实验研究、临床应用等不同角度,探讨了各脏与运动的关系。提示在运动医学领域应用中医措施时,只有遵循中医传统理论的指导,才能更好地为运动医学服务。 |

| Abstract: | With all measures of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)applied in the field of Sports Medicine,the theory of TCM has attracted more and more attentions of Sports Medicine.This paper summarizes the applying and research of five viscera in Sports Medicine,and discusses the relationship between viscera and sports from different perspectives,including the theory,the experimental research and clinical application.When we apply the measures of TCM in the Sports Medicine,following the theory guiding,the Sports Medicine can be served well. |
