| 摘 要： | 目的:观察糖脂平方对代谢综合征(MS)患者体重指数(BMI)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)等的影响。方法:将MS患者70例随机分为两组,治疗组37例,用糖脂平方治疗,对照组33例,用常规的西医方法治疗。疗程为3个月。两组治疗前后观察体重指数(BMI)、血压、血脂及C-反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果:两组治疗后均能降低血压、血脂及CRP,与治疗前比较有显著性差异;治疗组治疗后体重指数下降明显,与治疗前比较有显著性差异;治疗组治疗后CRP的下降较对照组明显,两组比较P0.01,有显著性差异。结论:糖脂平方治疗MS有降低体重指数、血压、血脂及CRP的作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:The influence of Tangzhiping on BMI and CRP of patients with MS was observed.Methods:70 cases were randomly divided into two groups.37 cases in treatment group were given Tangzhiping while 33 cases in control group were given western routine treatment.The treatment course was 3 months.The changes of BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid and CRP in two groups before and after treament were observed and compared.Results:The two groups can reduce blood pressure,blood lipid and CRP,with significant differences compared those before treatment.After treatment,BMI in treatment group was decreased obviously,which compared with that before treatment has significant difference;CRP in treatment group was more obviously decreased than that in control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tangzhiping can reduce BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid and CRP. |
