| 摘 要： | 恶心、呕吐是恶性肿瘤化疗常见的不良反应,目前临床以5-HT3拮抗剂防治为主,而中医方法在防治该症方面取得了良好的效果,且简便实用、不良反应小、方法多样,对近5年相关文献进行总结和评价,以期为临床防治该症提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Nausea and vomiting are common side effects of chemo-therapy,current clinical of control those is mainly by 5-HT3 antagonists,while the Chinese approach in combating the disease has made a good effect,and it has an advantagement and it is the simple and practical method with small side effects.In the paper,the literature of the past 5 years were summarized and evaluated in order to provide reference for prevention and treatment of the disease. |
