摘 要: | 目的:观察红景Ⅰ方对低氧状态下大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌细胞表型转化的影响。方法:将120只SD大鼠随机分为常氧组、低氧模型组、前列腺E1组、红景Ⅰ号方低剂量组、红景Ⅰ号方中剂量组、红景Ⅰ号方高剂量组,每组20只,分别测定各组大鼠勃起情况、RT-PCR测定α-actin、OPN的相对表达量。结果:造模6周后,与常氧组比较,模型组勃起次数明显降低(P0.01),低氧实验动物模型建立成功。与常氧组比较,低氧模型组的α-actin含量显著降低(P0.01),OPN含量明显升高(P0.01)。与低氧模型组比较,高中低剂量的红景Ⅰ号组α-actin含量上升(P0.05),其中高中剂量组含量上升明显(P0.01);OPN含量降低(P0.05),其中高中剂量组含量下降明显(P0.01)。结论:红景Ⅰ号方有抑制海绵体平滑肌细胞表型转化的作用。

Abstract: | Objective:To observe effect of HJYHF Decoction on phenotypic modulation of corpus cavernosum smooth muscle cells(CCSMC)in rats under hypoxia.Methods:120 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,hypoxia model group,prostate E1 group,the low-dose of HJYHF decoction group,the medium-dose of HJYHF decoction group,the high-dose of HJYHF decoction group.20 in each group,the rats were measured erection.The expressions of α-actin and OPN were analyzed by RT-PCR.Results:After 6 weeks,compared with the normal group,the number of erection of model group significantly reduced(P<0.01),hypoxic animal model was established successfully.Compared with normal group,the α-actin content of hypoxia model group was decreased(P<0.01),the content of OPN of hypoxia model group was increased(P<0.01).Compared with the hypoxia model group,the α-actin content of the HJYHF Decoction group was risen(P<0.01),the OPN content of the HJYHF Decoction group was reduced(P<0.01).Conclusion:HJYHF Decoction can obviously prevent smooth muscle phenotypic modulation,which may be related with the impact of α-actin and OPN expressions. |
