| 摘 要： | 历代注家对《伤寒论》第28条的因机证治分歧较多,主要围绕该证有无表证和方中究竟是去桂还是去芍两个问题进行争论。认为该证无表证;且应当是去桂。而去桂的原因正是因为原文开首服桂枝汤,或下之七字所提示的误治过程损耗了人体阴液,体现了仲景重视顾护人体津液的思想,而与无表证无关。

| Abstract: | There are many different opinions about meaning of No.28 term in Treatise on Fevrile Diseases in past days,which focused on two main problems.One is whether it has exterior syndrome;the other is Guizhi and Shaoyao which should be deleted.It is believed in this article that there is no exterior syndrome and Guizhi should be deleted.The reason is that in the beginning of original words indicates Yin is consumed due to mistreatment,which showed the theroy of protecting body fluid by Zhang Zhongjing and has no relation with exterior syndrome. |
