| 摘 要： | 目的:了解加味血府逐瘀汤治疗非洒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:治疗组89例,采用加味血府逐瘀汤治疗;对照组采用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊和水飞蓟素胶囊治疗,观察指标为治疗前后的肝功能,血脂水平及B超检查。结果:治疗前后比较,症状明显减轻。肝功能、血脂水平明显改善,肝内脂肪减少,肝大回缩,与对照组相比有显著差异(P0.01)治疗组的有效率(93.26%)明显高于对照组(42.11%)。结论:加味血府逐瘀汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝有很好疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.Methods:127 cases with NASH were randomly divided into two groups.89 cases of observed group were given modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction for 3 months;38 cases of control group were given Phosphatidylcholine Capsules and Silymarin Capsules.Results:At the end of treatment,the clinical symptom and the levels of ALT,GGT,TC,TG and ADL-C in serum were significantly decreased in the observed group(P<0.01).The total therapeutic efficacy rate was higher in the observed group(93.26%)than that in the control group(42.11%,P<0.01).Conclusion:It indicated that modified Xuefu Zhuoyu Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis is more effective. |
