| 摘 要： | 目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定腰痹通胶囊中川芎嗪含量的方法。方法:用乙醇提取,色谱柱:Symmetry C-18(150 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相∶乙腈-醋酸钠缓冲液(20∶80),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:293um。结果:川芎嗪的线性范围为10-200μg.mL-1(r=0.9999),内精密度是RST=1.2%。结论:该法准确可靠、重现性好,操作简便,可用于样品的含量的测定及质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objectives:A HPLC method was established for determination of tetramethylpyrazine(TMP) in Yaobitong capsules.Methods:Tetramethyplyrazine was extracted from Yaobitong capsules by ethanol.Symmetry C18 column(150mm·4.6mm,5μm) was used as the stationery phase,and the methy cyanide-acetic acid buffer solution(20∶ 80) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the wavelength of detection was 293nm.Results:The calibration curve had good linearity within the rage of 10~200μg·mL-1(r=0.9999);and the intra-day RSD was 1.2%.Conclusion:This method is accurate and precise,it can be used for quality control of compound Yaobitong capsules. |
