阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征合并高血压30例临床特点

目的 探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)合并高血压的临床特点.方法 70例高血压分为单纯高血压组(A组)40例和OSAS合并高血压组(B组)30例,对两组高血压特点进行分析.结果 B组体重指数(BMI)和呼吸暂停指数(AHI)均高于A组,血氧饱和度(SaO2)低于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组夜间平均收缩压、24 h平均收缩压、白昼平均舒张压、24 h平均舒张压及非勺型血压发生率均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 OSAS具有潜在危险性,应引起重视.低氧血症可能是OSAS患者合并高血压的发病原因.

Clinical Chracteristics of the Relationship between Obsructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome and Hypertension in 30 Cases

Objective To assess the relationship between obstructive sleep apnea syndrome （OSAS） and hypertension. Methods 70 patients for hypertension were divided into hypertension without OSAS （ group A, n = 40） and hypertension with OSAS （group B, n = 30）. The characteristics of hypertension were compared and analyzed. Results The BMI and AHI in group B were higher than those in group A, SaO2 in group B was lower than that in group A; the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. SBP of group B in night time, DBP in day time, 24 h average SBP and DBP were higher than those in group A, the incidence of non-spoon shaped dynamic BP in group B was higher than that in group A; the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion OSAS is a disease with potential danger, and close attention is needed. The nocturnal hypoxemia may be considered as one of the causes of OSAS patients with hypertension.
