| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效。方法选择秋季腹泻患儿86例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予补液,纠正电解质紊乱和对症治疗,治疗组加用双黄连保留灌肠、中药敷脐。结果治疗组总有效率100.00%,对照组总有效率88.37%。结论中西医结合治疗小儿秋季腹泻能缩短病程、减轻症状、疗效确切,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea with.Method For the selection of autumn diarrhea 86 cases,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were given rehydration,correction of electrolyte disturbance and symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was added with Shuanghuanglian retention enema,umbilical compressing with Chinese herbal medicine.Results The total effective rate of treatment group 100%,control group in the total efficiency of 88.37%.Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea can shorten the course of disease,palliation of symptoms,definite curative effect,worthy of clinical application. |
