| 摘 要： | [目的]对平贝母挥发油的化学成分进行分析.[方法]采用超临界萃取技术提取平贝母挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其中的化学成分进行分析和鉴定.[结果]通过计算机检索鉴定出平贝母挥发油中的10种化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的71.03%.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze chemical constituents of volatile oil from Fritiliaria ussuriensis Maxim.METHODS The volatile oil of Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim was extracted by SFECO_2,and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).RESULTS 10 compounds were indentified,which represented 71.03% of the total GC peak area of the volatile oil. |
