常州市出生人口性别比影响因素分析

目的 了解江苏省常州市出生人口性别比及其影响因素。方法 采用随机整群抽样方法,抽取常州市城市、县镇及农村的6 250名婴幼儿及其父母进行面访调查,对可能影响因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果 6 250名婴幼儿中男性占52.17%,女性占47.83%,性别比为109.10;多因素分析结果显示,母亲男孩偏好(OR=2.796)、父亲男孩偏好(OR=1.644)是影响常州市出生人口性别比的危险因素;母亲女孩偏好(OR=0.680)、父亲女孩偏好(OR=0.486)是影响常州市出生人口性别比的保护因素。结论 常州市出生人口性别比偏高,父母的性别偏好观念对出生人口性别比有影响。

Birth sex ratio and related factors in Changzhou city,Jiangsu province

Objective To access birth sex ratio related factors in Changzhou city,Jiangsu province.Methods We used a random sampling method to choose study population from the city,towns and villages.The infants born during the pe riod from Jan 1,2006 to Dec 31,2008 and their parents were enrolled in the survey.Related factors for birth sex were ana lyzed with logistic regression.Results Of 6 250 infants selected,boys accounted for 52.17%,and girls accounted for 47.83% with a sexratio of 109.10.There sults of logistic multifactor regression showed that boy preference in mothers and fathers was a risk factor of ratio birth(odds ratio[OR]=2.796,OR=1.644).While girl preference in mothers and fathers was a protective factor(OR=0.680 andO R=0.486).Conclusion Sex ratio is high in Changzhou city.Boy's preference in parents affects birth sex ratio.
